You may use the platform only if you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and can form a legally binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, or disrupting platform operations.
Access to cases, agreements, and other records is governed by the role and geographic scope assigned to your account. Administrators may adjust access at any time.
State Administration subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing period selected at checkout. See our License Agreement for details.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time; no pro-rata refunds are provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
